I would totally agree...

There is so much research about all the benefits of even small amounts of exercise. The "good" of it is mind blowing really.

Pedaling and getting my endorphine boost completely cleanses my soul. I turn into a glass half full person, from a glass half empty one.

The organs get increased blood flow from the exercise and can do their work better. Typically we drink more water when cycling, that helps the bowels work better, etc.

Sometimes you don't realize how much cycling does for you until you are without it. Then it all makes sense.
