    Wheel Building

    To disable ads, please log-in.

I would like to learn to build wheels but am not sure how I would do that or where I would go. I live in Somerville MA. Anyone know of classes or someone who might want an apprentice?

    Thanks.

I'm in the Boston area and have been building wheels for 35 years. PM and maybe we can set something up. There are some good books you could reference as well.

Hi Pata, if I were you I would take Deb up on that offer. Wheelbuilding is fun and not hard, but I think challenging to learn from a book. It is really good to have a pro around for that first set. Good luck and have fun!
