Well, I wasn't going to post this information because it's just too depressing, but I figure I may as well experiment and share it. I am up 5 pounds this morning, which just HAS to be water weight. I've not eaten enough to put on 5 pounds, that's for certain! So, I'm taking action and will see if it works by next week. (The strange thing is when my scale is in one place, I weigh five pounds more, but when I move it to another place, my weight is down five pounds.)
