I was told I could leave at 2:30.....
...ended up staying until after 3 answering phone calls, emails, and crazy requests.
But....at least I still got to ride home in the daylight!

Booo! I wish you all could come work with me! We can come in a little late in order to take a morning ride. We can take midday rides as long as we stay late to make up for it. Yeah, life is good. If I want to come in at 7 and leave at 3 to go to the barn and ride my pony, can do. Bike industry might not pay a whole ton, but they understand the need to ride.

Yea, rain sucks but it better stop tomorrow cuz I am riding! 4 days off woo hoooo. Love my job; I get off what our client gets off. Since our client is not a retail firm (aerospace) they take off all kinds of holidays, including xmas through newyears. Sad though, that my employer is pulling out of their cycling sponsorship the end of this year after fielding such a strong team (won TDF). Guess I should buy a CSC water bottle or something before they are gone...
