LOL! I know. I can see how this can be boring. In fact, it probably will get there but I haven't been able to get on my bike in a month so I was just really excited to get on it and sweat again. That felt so good. I also watched a favorite movie while on it so I got in a zone and didn't really think about it. I'm sure I'll get tired of not moving but right now I'm loving being able to "work" again.
Thanks!
Gray

Yay! It does feel great to start back in after an injury doesn't it!
I'm with Liza - you could as soon shoot me as put me on a trainer - but more power to you!!!

Yeah, the trainer is not exactly my favorite torture device, but it serves its purpose. I had carpal tunnel surgery last week, and yesterday I got on the trainer for 30 min (it's about all I can handle). It's not ideal, but since I can't ride for real for about 6 weeks, it'll have to do...
I'm glad you're back on the bike gray!!!!

I love my trainer - I know, I know - but it's the only thing that allows me to ride at 5AM before work. I have a vast array of Spinervals and enjoy using them. I do prefer riding outside, but when I can't I have Coach Troy to whip me into shape.![]()
