Thanks for the suggestion, Triskeliongirl. I don't think I bought the Switchback from Ibex directly, but can't remember where I purchased it originally. Since I bought it elsewhere, I assume that Ibex wouldn't take it as a return, yes? Or have others sent back items to them purchased elsewhere? I'd be delighted to send it to Ibex if it's not a problem on their end.......
