Not exactly . And a recent article said they are wrestling his blackberry from him. As president he can't be online.

That's why I'm not running Can't access TE from the Oval office, yeah right.

    hmm

Ahhhhhh I had a 1hr massage on my shoulders, back & neck this morning. Ahhhh. The dude mentioned that although most of the knots have been kneaded out, it's just a start. I've booked myself in for a few more massages over the next few weeks.

Hopefully i can keep reminding myself to use my core muscles more . I know I make a conscious effort to do so when swimming.

Don't know if the massage got rid of some of the dizzy spells but i might find out tonight when i do some night laps.

I'd imagine you might find it here someplace.

I have him as a friend on Twitter. Want me to ask him?

Update: OK, I did ask him on twitter. Maybe one of his 'handlers' will see it and like it and pass it along? Good luck!

Pass the frozen Snickers, Chicago...and I sure wish I liked sewing as much as you do. It seems silly for me to be a weaver and not be comfortable with sewing.

    Good morning TD'ers!

Mimi good luck with your painting and marketing it....it's just wonderful, you are SO talented.

It's 19 degreesF right now, but sunny.
I think I'll take my grocery bike down into town, lock it up on MainSt and have breakfast at Ralph's, then go for a brisk 4 mile fitness walk, then pick up some food goodies across from Ralph's at the Health food store, load up the bike and head up the hill back home.....thus combining a biking food run with a fitness walk!
I've never combined my biking and walking activities before....duh! Seems like a perfect combination for an outing.

I have to drain my carburetors for the winter.

I put it off hoping I'd get a ride in while it was warmer - and now it just keeps getting colder. I've been sick with a bad cold and haven't wanted to work outside in the garage. I don't even know where my Carhartts are.

Then I have to wash my bicycle. Hope DH won't mind if I do it in the shower.

    Occular Migraines

CC- I have occular migraines and I get tunneling vision and dizzy spells. I got to play guinea pig with an EEG, EKG, Holter Heart Monitor and blood tests before my latest neurologist and my current eye doctor diagnosed them. Oddly neither has suggested a treatment, maybe I should ask about that. They are bizarre but short lived. Mom gets vertigo so I guess I am lucky not to have that.

BSG- Your day sounds nice. Is that kind of a brick?

OL- I thought you were a snowbird, you have winter?

It is cold in Texas today and I hate it. Only supposed to get to 55 today, I need to move to the tropics it is too cold.

CC, do you have low blood prressure? I get faint when i get up too fast sometimes, sometimes a LOT! and have low bp.

Bleek, thanks. I've already sold 8 prints, I can't believe it!

Kgirl, i've been to those websites and left messages already. Maybe someone will write back to me some day?

today's my 5th commute not riding my bike. I'll be ready for Raleighdon when he gets back home. He's my security blanket. who knew!

Trek, i'll go back to that website again and see if there's a different crack in the door..
OH cool, Trek, actually i was able to submit the photo on that website!!!

    Good Morning all!

I agree, sounds better than my day (but it is FRIDAY).
Done w/ running (for now) so may get in rides this weekend. But I,too, have a bit of the stuffy nose/sniffles and fear a cold has hit! But it's not bad! Chilly (ok, by my thin blood) here in Florida...but sunny. Would be perfect bike riding temp for north of here.

Big decision today...eat healthy soup I brought (canned) or go to cafeteria and be tempted! Soup would be good for the cold, but so would comfort food!

Have a great Friday to all!
