mine is 16 miles to work -- around 1.5 hours with big hills
back home is around 10 miles (take bus for rest) - around an 1 to an hour 10 minutes depending on wind and signals.

i am doing this since summer, but i still hate that hill on my way to work.

    11km each way.

To work by bike: 35 minutes (depending on weather, lights, whether i"m chased by rabid dogs, wind, fog, slippery leaves, the desire to actually get to work etc)

Home by bike: a little longer as it's up, up, up. And more traffic/lights. And darker at this time of year.

By car: 10 minutes depending on traffic.

    By bus: 30 minutes.

I wouldn't give up my bike commute for the world. Except on snowy and black ice days.

About 10 miles each way, bike or car. To work: about 1hr. Home: 40-45 min. Hills, hills, hills on the way in and honestly, I'm just NOT a morning person. It takes me 25-45 min in the car depending on traffic. It takes about 45-75 min on the bus depending on which one(s) I can catch.
