Goal weight: 177
136.4 this morning.
May I change my goal to 134? I doubt I'll get to 130 and I want to enjoy the yumminess of the holidays. Thanks!

I changed your goal firenze and kjay, I added you in and put you start weight down as the same for both this week and last week - just to be sure not to screw up the formatting of the spreadsheet.
