Alpine: If you have a bathtub and don't mind using it you might want to consider putting Epsom salts in your bath water. It seems to speed up my recovery after runs.

And for me: I think I'll have to take today off. Woke up during the middle of the night with a headache and sore throat from sinus junk. Why is it that when I pre-register for races I get sick??? It's only a 5k race tomorrow and I'm pretty sure I could do that if I were mostly dead. Hopefully some rest, tea and silver supplement will do the trick.
