    I survived PT!

    I wasn't too bad, plus I got a whole bunch of new toys!
    went around execising, then got massageed, and then the pain began
    I get to go on Mondays and Wednesdays at 6:15am

    Well, I'm apparently too stiff, so instead of 2/week, I now have to do 3/week
    And the train schedule is such that I do better with my hours if I drive in

    Fredwina - I did better with 3x per week on my shoulder. Kept things looser. I'd do even better if I continued my exercises after my therapy sessions were over......

    my attorney forward me a check for $400 from the insurance company to fix my bike and clothing
    The bad news
    I got told I need three more weeks of PT Maybe buying that bent is a good idea after all (If I can only get the settlement money)
