Thanks for all the encouragement and cheers

AFter work I met my friend and we rode about 25 miles, then I had to pedal back to where I parked! I probably logged about 40 miles yesterday

I felt it too this morning my thighs are a little sore, it is getting dark earlier now so I was really pushing hard those last 10 to get to my van before it got too dark, then I took my glasses off wasn't as dark as I thought

I hope to go today to either get a new computer or see if they can find out what is wrong with mine, I get a speed reading but nothing else. I changed it to the correct tire size and it quit working, ahhhhh more money, at least riding my bike 2 days a week to work will pay for it eventually. I figure I can save 2 gallons of gas a week, I work 4 days a week sometimes 5, on the fifth day I work until 2 so I can definately ride that day even when the time changes.

I have p/t today so I had to drive. Life IS good

Of course they count! And being a commute ride, you already know how many miles you rode. Easy.
Give big space to the festive dog that make sport in the roadway. Avoid entanglement with your wheel spoke.

Trek have you been commuting? it's great isn't it? I can't wait to do it again, maybe Monday, we have had some iffy weather for months so I have to wait to see what Mother Nature is doing .

Hey, I am doing a Duathlon - I drive to the parking lot then ride the bike to work then back to the parking lot.

Not as often as I'd like to....get going late, oversleep the alarm, the usual excuse but I'd like to get in 1-2 days a week. Just stepped out for lunch it's foggy, drizzleing...the nerve! Hope it doesn't get worse this is not what I'm dressed for.

It's just that it feels like Fall here and it's an easy way to pack in a few more miles.
