Here are the pics of the Scott stem on my bike (you can see that the bike is fresh out of the box in these pictures -- no pedals, spoke protectors, and all).
I will post pics of just the stem tonight when I get a chance to take pictures of it.
Edit: OK, here are both sides of the stem (you can see what I mean by "no rise" here):
