In case no one has noticed, Mr. S has gone from being a pudgy guy who rode around on his marshmallow butt in a 4 wheeled gas guzzling "zoom-zoom"... to a lean mean Quads-of-Steel human pedaling machine. Yeah, not too shabby for a 'flatlander'.

Good News! One of the things that made this ride weak was dropping my chain several times. Turns out my front derailleur was broken! So it wasn't all just me.
Hmmm, 1,500 mile DuraAce!
