Yes, correct. Also, I do believe one can be a natural born citizen if one is born overseas as long as at least one of the parents is a U.S. citizen. I vaguely remember there having to be paper work filled our for the child within a certain time frame though - age fivemaybe. It's been a long time since I've studied such matters, so my memory is a bit fuzzy.
