    I would definitely eat it. I figure the microwave kills everything. If it hadn't been left out, I'd probably eat it cold. Since it was left out, I'd probably cook it in some way first.
    I also have a cast iron stomach.

    sure no prob. it was boiled before, what's the weather out there? if it tastes fine, go for it.

    I'd re-boil it and chill it - but you can bet I'd eat it. Meat, I'm funnier about. That kind of thing - no sweat. And yeah - my DH has done that more than once.

    Our house is pretty cool and it is windy and chilly outside right now. I am glad you all think we should eat it. I have been waiting a whole week to make and eat this soup! it is so yummy with artichoke hearts,olives,tomatoes,potatoes,green beans,saffron and Lemon juice. it is really yummy. I got the recipe from a moosewwods cook book.

    "Sundays at Moosewoods" It is the morrocan stew. On top of couscous it is very yummy. We ate it last night. If you don't have this one I would be happy to give the recipe to you or anyone for that matter.
