Those people should just ride on trainers in their basements where they can throw their trash all around them on the floor to their heart's content and no one else will have to look at their garbage.
Disgusting, and so selfish, lazy, and non-caring. What's WRONG with people???

I bet the same people who do this have immaculate homes and would freak if someone spilled anything on their carpets.

That's just a guess, though.
