Today, when I woke up (with a nasty case of pinkeye), I washed up and went downstairs for coffee. My DH rides very early in the morning while he is coaching cross country at his school and was gone. So, ANYWAY, there was a BEAUTIFUL AND PINK Trek 2200 sitting with a bow in the den. I was going to watch the weather on tv, but now, I just sit and admire my bike. I am not sure where this bike has been hiding. It was not in the "bike shop" (DH's room full of bikes as he is big into competition) last night because I went in there to put away his new bulldog cyclocross tires. Anyway, I'll give you more details when he gets home. I'll take a picture too, and maybe learn to post it. I am so excited!

On my birthday, I had to take my dear hubby and go shopping -- we ended up with a watch from Target (don't get me wrong -- I needed it!) We did have a nice dinner at the Thai restaurant in town. I'd take your gift ANY day!
