Cancer sucksI hate cancer.
Speaking only for myself should someone post that the TE Discussion group has the family in our thoughts and prayers?

Not to sound crass, but there's a point where death is merciful. I've been there with family when you feel relief that it's finally over, but sad that your loved one has died. It's very awkward.
At least FC has the hospice folks to help him care for Susan, and to support him. Meanwhile those of us on TE can seen all the good juju we can his way.

Elden posted a bit of Halloween levity this morning. I'm glad that they can still hold onto some normalcy and fun.
"How about if we all just try to follow these very simple rules of the road? Drive like the person ahead on the bike is your son/daughter. Ride like the cars are ambulances carrying your loved ones to the emergency room. This should cover everything, unless you are a complete sociopath."

Random babblings and some stuff to look at.
Anyone see Fatty's blog today? He's trying to make the biggest team and raise the most money ever for the Livestrong Challenge. He's aiming for 500 people and at least $1000 each (but double that would make the team hit the million mark and that would be amazing). I think it sounds incredible. I'd really really really really love to do it, but I'd have to do the run because I can't train here and I'm not sure how I'd get down the Philly. Hmm. Maybe I should start saving pennies.
