My coach has me doing 3 sets of 8 x 100m sprint (run) repeats with 20 PU and 30 crunches between each 100m, so that's 480PU I get to complete tomorrow...ugh! Did 360 last week.... and I thought Sunday was a day of rest....(I think I'm whining)
