If you'd really rather, literally, sleep, I'd definitely look at whether something's going on in your body. Burnt out is one thing, increased need for sleep is something else.

If you seem to have that about this time every year, it's probably a normal reaction to decreased sunlight - just try to get more during the day, and if that's not possible, try installing full-spectrum light bulbs where you can.

Another seasonal explanation is allergies - don't know what allergens are in season in your neck of the woods, but allergies can cause pretty extreme fatigue and poor quality of sleep.

How long have you felt that way? What were you doing when you started feeling that way - is overtraining a possibility? (if so, it may take weeks to recover)

Otherwise, take a look at your overall health and see a doctor if there aren't any obvious clues.
