Pardes what type of organization do you work for? I worked for a govn't agency, where we did have some staff dogs... They were canine detectors, for arson and fire investigative work. Some of the dogs were former police dogs.

It was at a provincial fire marshal's office ...no I didn't handle the dogs, just the books and databases about arson, firefighting, fire protection engineering..nothin' for tv. Our agency did case work with police and forensic sciences.

Another world...actually the culture isn't totally unlike where I am now..strange..
