And I agree about time to get serious about getting serious.Had Thanksgiving with my family last weekend and ate whatever I wanted whenever I wanted. I have no regrets but I know I'm up about a pound. Slow and steady will get me there, and I enjoyed every moment of my multiple days of turkey and pumpkin pie goodness (and stuffing, mmmm stuffing).
