    Filthy 5k RR....

    I've been feeling guilting about posting my foot-race reports on the triathlon form since my triathlon season has technically closed for this year, so I figured I would migrate since this seems to be a more suitable spot.

    Last weekend I participated in a 5k trail run. The Filthy 5k.

    It's not a fast course, the video will hopefully elaborate for me on why, but I did manage to PR my previous 5ks with a time of 30:01:74.
