I just got home from my Yellowstone ride, that didn't happen for the 2nd year...Snow and wind was the name of the game in West Yellowstone. The 'drive' to Old Faithful was snowy and Old Faithful gave a wonderful show clouded in fog and steam. Oh well...maybe next year...

I can now check this ride off as my 29th completed century. Just one remains for me to ride if I want 30 centuries to my credit by the time the club's season ends on Oct 31.
Wow! You inspire me! 29 centuries!! I will doing my very first this coming Sunday!

Saturday was my LBS's 10 mile TREK breast cancer awareness charity ride. I got there early and was put to work to help keep an eye on the participants. I met some very great people including a gal that currently has breast cancer. She was cheery and up beat about beating it and I was inspired by her.

Later I went and rode 50 more miles as my last long ride before the century. It was a lovely day.

Beautiful day for riding here! I did 32 miles solo in an area I haven't ridden before. Got a little lost, but found road markers for a century ride and followed them til I was back somewhere that I recognized.

I'm finding that most of my pictures for Flickr these days are coming from my bike trips. :-)
