My aunt swears by the blue emu cream she gets at a natural foods store near her in Panama City. I didn't try it, but my mother did and she said it worked. I don't recall what the actual name of the product was, unless it was Blue Emu or something close to that. The cream was a light blue color.
What do you guys think of taking glucosamine for knee pain?
