It's always important to eat a good breakfast like banana pancakes

You may find plenty that you can eat. On rides with KnottedYet who is celiac she takes Cliffblocks and or Larabars. Both are gluten free. She calls Cliffblocks "nature's perfect food"

My theory is when you train for a long ride you train your muscles and your stomach. What do you ride on right now? It's never a good idea to change your diet wildly during a long ride. Ride on what you've trained on. Don't even ask me about the time on the AIDS ride they served chicken fried steak for breakfast, with biscuits and gravy. I always eat oatmeal before a century.

    It was not fun.

Ride on what you trained on, maybe Cliffblocks just in case. Good luck on your ride!
