There's a new store in Ann Arbor called Ride Boutique (http://www.rideboutique.com/fitting.html) that has a professional fit studio. I've visited the shop and seen the studio, but don't know anyone who has bought a bike there.
In Saline MI (just south of A2), there's a shop called Cadence (http://www.cadencecycle.com/) that specializes in triathletes and uses FIST (Fit Institute Slow Twitch) with prices from $75 to $250. I do know some people who've been pleased with this store.
And in Dearborn (west of A2), there's a shop called BikeSport (http://www.bikesportmichigan.com) which offers a fitting service. I was fitted at BikeSport in 2002 (and again at a free clinic last January when I bought a used bike on eBay).
Hope this helps - please post your experience.
