or could it be "restless legs syndrome" - talk to your doctor - I read it can have to do with magnesium, or the piriformis muscle being tight -
what do you think?

Lately my legs ache all night long but once I am up and moving around again they seem fine. Is this something I should be concerned about? Anyone else have aching legs during the night? Sign of aging? I am in my mid 50s.

My legs ache after a hard ride, or when I have not ridden for a day or two and they need a spin. Sometimes they wake me up.
Is it biking related do you think? Or something else...
Rabbit has made a good suggestion. My partner takes magnesium to help with his legs - but that is def cycling related.
Usually all the time. I went to spin class this morning and they are fine. They have been fine all day long. I'll see tonight. Maybe I do need magnesium?! I'll look into that plus I stretched a lot before spin class and it seemed to help too. DH says I'm just getting old! sigh
