OK...so I am confused. ...
What week is this...should we be on week 5 of the program (weeks doing it?) But I am on week 4 (had to re-do a week). Not sure where to post.
Anyway....here is my whinning:
OK...week 4, but week 3 on program, column 2.
Behind this week so just did day 1---OMG. I can handle all but the last set...barely eeked out my 25. My arms of done by then. Tomorrow i have to eek out 30 for my last set...just not sure I can do it. I may be repeating this week, too.![]()
