    sizing on Retro apparel?

    To disable ads, please log-in.

I feel I MUST have the cat-in-the-hat jersey, it's so cute.

Does anyone have experience w/the sizing on the Retro apparel line? Do they run small, more like race cut or Euro sizing, or American club cut, which suits me better

    Thanks,

    Colleen

On the RetroImage web site, this jersey only shows as a Men's cut. If the TE jersey is a men's cut, that could make a difference.

I had my eye on the Chat Noir Jersey but read somewhere that they run small so the XL wouldn't work for me. Don't remember where I got this info.

I believe the retro image apparel site says that this shirt runs small so to size up. I've bought one jersey from them, but wanted the chat noir one but then that comment kept me from buying it. I do like the jersey I did buy though.

It's a women's jersey. EVERYTHING on our site is women's unless it specifically says otherwise (We carry a few men's tops that coordinate with women's pieces for our tandem customers. But then we specifically label them as MEN's).

Retro image runs short. If you have any significant length in your torso, you will not be satisfied. There is a Fit Note explaining this on the Chat Noir jersey page. "Fit note: This jersey runs short in the torso - while we don't recommend it for taller women, it is a great option for our petite customers.
    "

    Hope this helps.

    DANG!!
I was really pondering that Phebus jersey. That jersey is the story of my (biking) life: always reaching to catch onto last wheel....never quite making it!

"Grey achieves suspenseful tension illustrating the wheel just out of reach."
