I've been racing for two years now. And quite frankly the night before a race sex is the last thing on my mind. I worry about getting sleep!!! Making sure I have my bike,gear,breakfast all set. Usually I have to get up very early. I just never have thought about it. My hubby is usually sleeping too since we both get up early. If we did I don't think it would effect my performance. Unless I did really bad that day maybe I could use it for an excuse!! LOL!
Also biking can make parts more tender. Just takes a little more work to get things going. In general being fit gives me more energy and I feel better about myself in bed and out!![]()
