Maybe this is like the Biggest Loser and I'll lose all the weight I gained and then some!

    Today: 211.2
    Goal: 205

6 pounds to go to goal Yes!

Down almost another 2 pounds this week. I have noticed that in the last few weeks, since I've shortened by distances but worked on increasing speed (in preparation for going the bike leg in a Tri tomorrow) that my weight loss seems to have returned to a steady loss. So, maybe the change in routine really helped!

I am wondering that myself. The first couple of weeks I did Weight Watchers I was running a lot and losing, then it stopped. This week I did a lot of cycling, no running and lost. Variety helps?

    178 today.

Dreaded getting on the scale. The whole family walked to the bakery this morning for donuts I guess that pound won't show up for a day or two.

Daggone it. Steady at 140. I guess I gloated too much last week in anticipation of getting to my "highest acceptable weight" this week. My body obviously doesn't want to get back down there. Maybe next week.

    9/26/08 Weight: 134

Same this week. I suppose that's a good thing considering I took my sister out on her 21er, at lots of pizza, drank for the first time in like 8 months, and was up 2 pounds on Wednesday. I suppose considering all that, I'm happy with "same."

And this weekend will be a good jump start on next week's back to healthy. Lots of riding!

    172.8 - a miniscule loss, but a loss.

    147.5 for me.

For the past two weeks I missed, I also weighed 147.5. At least I am consistent, but would really like to get closer to 145...144..143...and so on.

    Setback

    154lbs

Unfortunately, menstruation and lack of sleep have overridden the achievements of the past weeks. I continue cycle between 150 - 200 miles a week but the lack of sleep (typically I sleep between 3-5 hours during the week, 5-7 on the weekends) prevents me from loosing weight. I've seen that in past. Body stores the energy to be able to keep being awake.

Once this semester is over, I'll sleep again!

Btw, all of you in the challenge - GOOD WORK! I keep watching your progress and you are great inspiration and even better competition to me!

GLC, as usuall, thanks for all the work with the table. I can only imagine how much work it is to dissect the data from all the comments.

Back on track... down this week to 168.4.
Tring to get back to cardio 5-6 days a week no matter what it is.
Feeling better about the workouts again and the eating. What's not to feel good about eating?!
Seriously, though, more vegis, less other gunk! Here we go -- hopefully will be able to continue thru next week as well.

Heh. I think my scale is broken, since it only wants to weigh in half pound increments these days. Silly scale.
