My numbers aren't accurate. I was totaling them for the whole week. I wish I was able to do that many in one day ,but I'm having a hard time. This week I will give you a total just for the 3rd day. I'm not giving up though..just take it day by day.
with sadness i am probably going to have to drop out.
i have made considerable progress with my push-ups.... however, there is no way i can do 12 of them... in one sitting... not unless i want to tear my shoulders
so i am repeating week 2 this week for week 3 and will continue to improve on my own... but i guess i'm out of the game... sorry![]()

No you're not!
Just reduce the load for this week, or go back one week, do something that feels easy to boost your confidence again, and next week you'll be stronger! I am now repeating week 3 although the rest of the group is at week 4. So what?

I just want to say that even though I didn't do any pushups last week, I took the bull by the horns last night and did 60 of them. Will report my third day on Saturday. Being a participant here is really helping me, so thanks very much!
YES!!!
As I've said before, six weeks to 100 pups is not very realistic. I'm guessing no more than one or two of us will progress that quickly. It's way more than 10% a week (you increased your total by 30% last week!!).
Anybody who wants to stay in this group, I'll track the pups by calendar week, NOT week of the program, for as long as anybody wants the tracking to stay up. Repeating weeks is part of the plan.
