65.1kg's dis weigh in..
Alright, this week's weigh in: 125.6 I'm up by a lousy .2!!!!
BUT...I have to say last Saturday I allowed myself a splurge, thinking one splurge isn't bad now and then, right? THEN on Sunday we had a church picnic to go to. Usually there is salad at these things....but NO, this time all they had were hot dogs, chips, and cookies! So, by Monday I was up to 127!!!! I spent the rest of the week trying to work it off. So I guess I'm pleased that most of that is gone and will resume trying to drop below that this week. Where is the justice in the world that 1 1/2 bad days = a WEEK of trying to work that off!
I also learned that watching the Food Network's one hour special on desserts is NOT the best way to stave off cravings. My husband dutifully talked me down from the edge last night when I wanted to make sticky buns for dessert (What?! They have baked bananas on top - they're practically health food!) So I had 100 calorie kettlecorn instead.

134.2. Up, but within my water weight yoyo-ing range. One of these days I'll break out of this place where I'm stuck. I hope.

Congrats limewave!
Didn't bike at all per PT's demands...grrrrr...I am learning to accept icing as a way of life. And no, not icing on cupcakes but ice on my tendon. Speaking of cupcakes...I'm gonna make some today...and not eat more than one before I pawn them off on my bf's kids!
I missed "the official" gym scale comparison on Friday, but my home scale is about the same. So, I say record 124# for me this time.
Congratulations, LIMEWAVE! Yippee!
As for me -- no baby excuses here. The BC 3-day and then injury that has held on all week has kept me from exercising much (except, of course, for my pushups!). Finally got a short cardio session on the trainer this am.
My weight is up to 169.2 THAT IS THE LIMIT.
Time to hit it, even if that means the pool, yoga and trainer till I'm better! Oh, and a little thing called - DON'T EAT SO MUCH CHOCOLATE! If only people would quit bringing it into the office! I need to muzzle myself, I guess!
Here's to a downward movement next week!
