Speedplay "Light Action?"

While I wish my X1s came in white, I don't think it is important enough for me to downgrade to LA (weight and construction).

While white pedals look great when they're new, they get grungy looking very fast and unlike white bar tape, it's not cheap to replace.

Our team bikes are mostly white up front so my buddy got the white Zeros to match. No matter how much he tried to clean them up (and he kept his bike laughlingly pristine) they looked "dirty" after a couple of months.

I have the X-1's, too and love them. I've never had trouble getting in or out of them. I'm considered one of those "lighter riders" so I'm not sure what Speedplay had in mind when they created the Light Actions. Possibly, it's just a marketing gimmick with new, spiffy colors, I dunno...
