    Roller Trainers

What can you tell me about roller trainers. I had the Kurt Kenetic trainer, but found it extremely boring so I returned it. I'm considering a roller with hopes since you have to concentrate on what your doing I won't be so bored. So ladies fill me in. Thanks

I do have rollers for that exact reason. I find the trainers boring, and rollers improve your bike handling skills as well as your pedaling. I have regular rollers, and older model several years old - but they also sell parabolic models (easier for beginners) or models with added resistance. the e-motions are pretty famous but expensive. It is a good training for the winter evenings when I get out of work and it's already dark - and it's nice, I just put on a nice movie and get on the bike.
