If I can just get my diet under control! I haven't been making the best of food choices, but hopefully have done a little better over the past week.
The boot camp sounds like a great workout!
Food journaling is the only way I can keep my diet under control. PM me w/ your email addy if you want a blank copy of the one I use.
BC was crazy again today. We did circuits at stations for 1 minute each
1. Running up and down the 60 step stairway
2. Running backwards up the hill w/ 3 lb weights in each hand
3. Push ups
4. Walking lunges
5. Plank hold
At the end, we had a contest to see who could frog jump the farthest. I came in 2nd-not too shabby!
