Ok, great. This may motivate me not to skip those workouts!
Monday (9/1): 32 mile easy ride
Tues (9/2): 43 mile ride
Wed: off
Thurs (9/4): 19 miles
Friday (9/5): 19 miles
Sat (9/6): 47 mile hilly hard pace ride
Sun: off
Total for week: 160 miles
I hope to start back running some more over the next week or so.
