Help! Chainwheel site

Hi,

I hope someone might be able to help me...I want to purchase two items from the chainwheel site (www.chainwheel.com) but am a bit lost.

First, I think their inbox is full as i just received a message stating: maildir over quota.(is that what that means??)

Second, has anyone purchased stuff from their website? If so, do they charge you right away for the item or does it have to be in stock? My order says processing but i know the item might not be in for a week?

I don't know if they get many calls from Australia but i might just have to call them! The delivery address is in the US so hopefully they won't have an issue?

It sounds like their mailbox is full. If you can, give them a call and see if they can ship it out to you. Normally your account won't be charged until it's being shipped. If you have any problems getting it shipped, let me know.

They're located in Little Rock, AR, and I've been in there many times. You should call them with your questions; I've always known them to be very helpful.
