I just did my first workout tonight. It was HARD...but it's supposed to be, right? 10-10-8-6-8 I might have eaked out one more on the last set if one of our dogs didn't take that moment to lick my ear!

If I can't do Thursday's workout, I may be asking to move down a group. We'll see though...

WOW!!!! I cant believe how weak I am. So embarrassing . I did 4-3-2-2-4 I don't know if I got down far enough ,but I did my best. I put on the "Rocky 1" movie for motivation. I'm 54.

Cut it out with the negative self-talk will ya all!

Am I going to have to make you drop and give me... never mind.

You're getting stronger! "Rocky," well okay but that's a guy. "GI Jane," whichever "Terminator" movie that was, also the TV series that I never saw. How about the "Wonder Woman" theme song, forget the brass bra, or the "Bionic Woman." Powerful wimmins, that's us, and getting more powerful day by day!!

Ahhhh - I have that lovely little tightness/soreness in my upper body today. It's been SOOOO long since I've felt that anywhere but in my legs and I'm actually really enjoying it. Does that make me a freak?

    Chicago..thanks :-)

Everyone is doing a great job from everything I'm reading

I think my pushups come from muscle memory of the 9 years I spent in the USMC...so many years of doing soooooo many pushups...

I even told myself it's one of the things I'd never do again after I got out

Great job, everyone!!! It doesn't matter who can do more, its the fact that we are all doing our best - and getting better!!!

I admit, I dropped to column 2 after the 1st day.
    It just seems more "do-able".

    So day 3, column 2 total = 44.

One week down and 5 to go...can't believe I'll be doing over 100!!
