OK, I did my self test last night. I was too afraid my group would be too hard, so I stopped after 11. I'm over 40 but under 55, so that puts me in group 2. Two more and I would have been in group 3, and I don't need that kind of pressure!
I will do my first workout tonight. I plan on following a Tues/Thurs/Sat schedule (I can't do Wednesdays). Hope that doesn't disqualify me from this group?!
Edited to add: DUH. I just reread the site, I get it now. I'm in Group 2 to start...but I'm working from column 3 for the challenge. That's confusing, isn't it?
