Go to website...pretty easy.
In summary...test yourself and see where you fall.
Pickthat column and do the pushups 3 days.
In the other thread some report each "day" ....but for recording purposes it is only day 3 that get's reported.
I think website was good and you can print out all the work outs.
I know I can do more than 10...but I think I'll start in second column. Afraid the 3rd column will be a bit more challenging and I would rather reach 100 pups and be successful!![]()
