I am thinking it could be quite nice if careful selection is made. But I will have to see if I have a couple that will work.
Dad also cautioned me that I will have to redo the entire bathroom to sell the house and also paint "the ugly maroon study". He is a longhorn fan so the maroon is hideous. Oh and just in case you are wondering it is only the area under the chair rail (33") that is maroon, not the whole room.
