I start my 4 weeks of PT on Friday (was supposed to be Monday, but work travel came up... ARGHHHHHH). That'll put me out to October, but I think I'll still be able to work back up to the half marathon by November.

I did feel some improvement after I stopped running and avoided any long walks/hikes, but then we went to Bumbershoot last weekend, lots of walking, and things reverted pretty quickly back. I'm back on the biking, yoga, and swimming plan this week. The Gaiam Yoga for Athletes DVD does a LOT of stretching of the hips and hamstrings, which makes me feel a little sore afterward, but feels much better later.

Fingers crossed. I'll have to let go of the marathon... it's hard. Maybe I'll do the Seattle as a half, then find something for January...
