I definitely need this challenge to keep me on track, so I'm in again. Weighed in this morning at 202.8 and my goal is to get below 195 by the end of the challenge. Hopefully that's not too unrealistic.

Thank you GLC for keeping us on charted and on track!!!!

114 for the last two mornings. Strange since its been reading 116 all summer long. Oh well I'll take it. Goal weight is 110. A couple years ago I lost 81 pounds and ive been trying to keep it off ever since so even when I gain a few pounds I start to feel panicy. This challenge hopefully is going to keep me on track so I dont end up eating crappy junk food.

    Start Weigh In

    Weight: 159.5

I will put my goal for this challenge at 149. That is 10 lbs in 8 weeks, I kind of hope it is more but want a realistic goal so I am not disappointed. I am actively following Weight Watchers and 2 lbs a week is a healthy rate for their program.

I am trying to lose the 30-35 lbs I gained when I moved back to Austin. Don't know why I just threw all my good habits from being a success on WW in 2004 out the window when I changed area codes!

Good luck everyone with your personal goals!

I'm in again. Happy to say that I held on to my loss from last week despite a crazy holiday weekend.

    Weigh in: 147

    Goal: 140

I didn't lose any weight doing my half marathon training (well, I went up and down 2-3 lbs). I hope to consistently lose weight this time around. Really need to focus on what I am eating. I suck at keeping food journals...I always do so well the first day, and then the second day I forget to write down everything...and I just give up.

    We can do this ladies!!

I finally remembered to do a weigh-in on a Friday morning! Yay me!

My starting weight is 165.1. My goal is 159. Gotta get out of the 160's for good!

For all who are wondering/new - just weigh in on Friday mornings and post here. I'll update the chart after everyone has posted. There is no longer a 'reward' because a couple of challenges ago, everyone felt that just keeping track and working together was motivation enough. Hopefully that's still true! Oh, and as long as your weight is posted by noon on Monday (PST), then you'll make the chart update for the week (I do it on my lunch break on Monday). Lastly, if you miss two weigh-ins in a row, I'll 'hide' you on the chart just to keep it easy to read. If you come back, I can always 'unhide' you and updated it, so don't think I'm deleting anyone!

I think that's it. Definitely ask if you have other questions! And welcome!

I was surprised to find myself at the low end of my 3lb. range this morning - 133.4. I'm probably a bit dehydrated, hence the lower number, but what the heck. I'll take it. My goal, once again, is to see something in the 120's. I'll settle for a consistent 129, but would really like to take 125 out for a spin.

    Good luck everyone

I want to see a seven

In my weight that is, so my goal is 179.

Weighing in at 189. Should be doable with 8 wks.

Finally am able to get back to the gym, I see a routine after one year of living on the east coast, emerging...

TGIF and hang on to those hats to you all in Hannah's way!

    perfect timing

Yep, count me in for another 8 weeks.
I just returned from a short 2.5 day business trip where I ate and drank way tooooo much! So even though I saw the 117's at the end of last challenge...I am up to 121.8 this AM. WOW! Hopefully after a few "good eating days" I'll lose some of the "bloat".
So it may seem like I really lose since I am starting off a bit higher than norm.
Goal last time was 115...didn't make it. Think I make it a "bit tougher" and put my goal at 114 (LOL)

Thanks for keeping this going and do the chart!
