That makes me so furious to see that not only was the rider taunted by the horn, but the driver continued to come into contact with the rider. Why didn't the other drivers contact the authorities?? If that had happened here, I would have whipped out my cell phone, dialed 911, then photographed the license plate. I wouldn't have sat there allowing that nonsense to continue. Why have people become so insensitive??
