Yes, we are tapering. No riding today. Tomorrow we may do an easy ride of some sort, and probably just a short spinning ride for me on Friday. I think I do better on a long ride if I at least spin my legs the day before for at least 30 minutes.

I have done a couple of half marathons, by the way. I was a "walk/runner". I did San Francisco at about 2:55 or so and Long Beach slightly faster. That was before I "retired" from running and dove into cycling, never to return! I love cycling. Hated running.

Yes, we should ride together sometime.
