What Should I Ask Seven?

I have my phone call with Seven coming up soon. I've never bought a custom bike before, and I'm horribly afraid I'm going to forget something crucial but unlikely (the way you forget your underwear when you're commuting, or sun block on a really long, hot ride), so I need all you custom-bike-buyers' expertise:

What should I ask the bike builders about, talk to them about, or think about?

Help me with all the things I'd never think of!

My call with Seven was weird....it was like I was interviewing for a job!
I, too, was totally stressed out about it. But ultimately, I just talked to the guy. I told him what kind of riding I liked to do...what my goals were on a bike...where my body had aches and pains (when riding, how often, how bad, etc.). I don't think I'm super articulate about stiffness and compliance needs or wants, but I told them what I was hoping for. And they delivered.
Hopefully, you'll get a good person who will have done bunches of these calls before and can kind of lead you along when you feel you're at a loss.
