After taking a few months off, I'm going to try again! Please include me. I'm really nervous . . . I haven't gotten on the scale in almost 3 months
I know this is a weight loss challenge . . . but I have other goals I'd like to achieve. Weight loss will hopefully be the result.
Goals:
1. Eliminate night time snacking
2. Cut down diet soda consumption or eliminate all together
3. No more potato chips and cookies--they do nothing for my health so why eat 'em?
4. Get up earlier in the morning and switch to AM workouts
